All Treasure collections are now active – Official Blog

Premium members can now access all available Treasure collections, instead of being limited to three active collections. This makes it easier to collect the Treasure you want without switching between collections.

This update introduces two improvements that players specifically requested:

1. Premium members can set up to five priority collections to collect Treasure from first.
2. Premium members can now view which collections a cache qualifies for on cache pages on Geocaching.com.

Set up to five priority collections

All collections are now active by default for Premium members. Setting “Priority collections” is optional—if you want, you can choose up to five to prioritize. When you log a cache that qualifies for more than one collection, you’ll collect Treasure from the highest-ranked priority collection. If a cache doesn’t match any of your priority collections, but does qualify for another collection that’s not in your priority collections, you’ll still collect Treasure. If you don’t set any priority collections, you’ll continue to collect Treasure from any collection that matches your finds.

To set your priority collections, drag and drop collections or use the “Set priority” option on each collection.

Want to save Treasure for a future outing? To collect Treasure only from your priority collections, use the toggle on the right side of the Treasures page.

View Treasure on cache pages on Geocaching.com

Premium members can now see which collections a cache qualifies for directly on the cache page on Geocaching.com. This makes it easier to plan your next outing.

To see what collections a cache qualifies for directly from a cache page, go to a cache page on Geocaching.com and click on “View Treasures” in the list menu on the right hand of the page below the “Log geocache” button. A window will appear that shows which collections the geocache qualifies for.

You can also see which caches match the criteria of a certain Treasures collection by using the filtered search option from the Treasures page in the Geocaching® mobile app or on Geocaching.com.

New Treasure collection

We will release one more Treasure collection in 2025. Classic toys will be available starting December 19 at noon UTC. You can collect these Treasures by finding and logging caches with the “Recommended for kids” attribute.

Treasures is an evolving feature for Geocaching.com and the Geocaching® mobile app. We want to hear from you! Share your feedback on Treasures in the web form or in the comments.
