LEGO 2K Drive will be delisted from digital stores on May 19th, but offline features remain playable before online servers shut down in 2027.
- Digital Delisting: LEGO 2K Drive will officially be removed from all digital storefronts on May 19th, marking exactly three years since its initial launch.
- Online Server Lifespan: Online services and multiplayer functionality will remain active for another year before shutting down completely on May 31, 2027.
- Offline Playability Maintained: The game will stay fully playable offline after the server shutdown, retaining local split-screen multiplayer, Story Mode, and the Cup Series.
LEGO 2K Drive is officially nearing the end of the road as the game prepares to disappear from digital storefronts in a couple of days. While the game itself is being delisted soon, players still have a bit more time before the online services are shut down completely. And even after that happens, the game will still remain playable offline with most of its features intact.
The Future of Bricklandia: LEGO 2K Drive Delisting Details
Another 2K title is headed to the vault as LEGO 2K Drive will officially be delisted on May 19th, exactly 3 years from its launch. The Visual Concepts-developed game will also shut down its online services on May 31, 2027.
Thankfully, the game has an offline mode which allows players pretty much everything in the game apart from online multiplayer and the ability to share car builds through the game.
But while online multiplayer will cease next year, the game still supports local split-screen multiplayer, along with Story Mode and the Cup Series. That means there’s still a complete arcade racing experience available for players who simply want a fun and casual racer sitting in their collection.
For anyone who skipped buying the game before and eventually forgot about it, this is a reminder that there are still a few days left to grab it through official storefronts. LEGO 2K Drive honestly turned out to be a genuinely fun racer and even without online multiplayer in the long term, it still feels like a solid addition to any racing library.
As for the reason of delisting, 2K nor Visual Concepts shared it. Actually, there wasn’t much of a delisting announcement either, just a simple update in the “About the Game” section of the game’s listing. It could be that because the game didn’t do so well commercially despite carrying the LEGO branding, but considering the the delisting date is exactly three years from launch, this is probably licensing related.
LEGO 2K Drive is an open-world arcade racing game set in the vibrant world of Bricklandia, where players race across roads, off-road terrain, and waterways using transforming LEGO vehicles that seamlessly adapt to different environments. The game features a full Story Mode that follows a rookie racer’s journey toward becoming champion while competing against a cast of colorful rivals in pursuit of the Sky Trophy.
Alongside traditional races and Cup Series events, players can explore large open-world regions packed with side activities, minigames, and hidden secrets. One of the game’s biggest highlights is its creative Garage mode, which allows players to build and customize vehicles brick-by-brick before taking them onto the track. The entire experience can be enjoyed solo, via local split-screen or with friends online. Well the latter at least until May 31, 2027.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
